Constructed in 2023 our facility was designed and built from the ground up to better serve the unique needs of our residents.

Our facility is 3,600 sq ft and encompasses large open communal living and dining space in addition to five private residents quarters.

Resident mobility is foundational to quality of life. We have installed oversized doors and walkways throughout the facility to ensure residents with limited mobility can safely access all common areas while simultaneously ensuring that during emergency situations first responders are unimpeded when time is of the essence!

Falls are one of the leading causes of injuries to seniors. To combat this we have taken concerted efforts to minimize tripping hazards for our residents by installing monolithic flooring throughout the living areas limiting our use of transitions. This effort extended to our shower facilities as well with the installation of curbless showers.

Our facility is located just .6 miles away from Hernando County Fire Rescue Station 12 and 1.7 miles away from HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital ensuring that in case of emergency help is just around the corner
